MEISSEN 11" GOLD LEAF ENCRUSTED PLATE MEISSEN 11" GOLD LEAF ENCRUSTED PLATE You are looking at one of the finest antique large round porcelain plate made by Meissen. The plate is heavily decorated with encrusted gold gilted grape leaves, accented with embossed white scrolls, as well as other designs, over a white porcelain background. The plate have a scalloped rim and it measures 11" diameter. Marked with a Meissen logo, a blue cross sword. The plate is in excellent condition, without any chips, cracks or flakes, but have minor worn areas, due to age. I am auctioning another Meissen piece in another auction, so check our auctions.
