There are 10 pieces that go with this dollhouse and they are: bed, kitchen set with table and 2 chairs, living room chair and T.V., kitchen sink and standing cabinet, bath tub and toilet. The only damage to the pieces is a broken piece on the bed's foot board corner. The dollhouse has no damage having very minor surface wear. The doll house measures 16" x 10" and 11" high.
