If the offer is on the low end, I will not even respond with a counter offer. Please don't waste my time or yours. Note on grading: Grading is subjective. I am not an expert grader like at CGC. Everyone has there own grading standards. That is why I have included a scan. You should be able to form your own opinion about the grade from the scans. Grading details listed below. Note On Shipping: USA addresses have a low cost flat rate shipping option using Parcel Post. Buy more than 1 item, the total amount charged for shipping will only be $3.00 using the flat rate Parcel Post option. (Example: if you purchase 10 items, the total shipping would be $3.00.) Priority Mail upgrade will be an additional cost based on the weight of the package. International shipments will be calculated on the weight of the package. Save on shipping with buying multiple items. I only ship either Priority Mail International or Express Mail International. These are the only 2 options for International shipments (I will not ship International First Class Mail - so please do not ask). All International shipments must have tracking available and this service is not included with First Class Mail. I have graded these comics using the grading definitions listed in the Overstreet Comic Book guide. Abbreviated descriptions are listed below: MINT (MT): Near perfect in every way. Only the most subtle bindery or printing defects are allowed. Cover is flat with no surface wear. Corners are cut square and sharp and the spine is tight and flat. (Not too many books are graded in this condition...I feel that this grade is over used by other dealers.) NEAR MINT (NM): Nearly perfect with only minor imperfections allowed. This grade should have no impact creases and stress marks should be almost invisible. Corners are cut square and sharp and the spine is tight and flat. VERY FINE (VF): An excellent copy with outstanding eye appeal. Spine should be relatively flat and it may have a couple of transverse stress lines. A barely unnoticeable crease is acceptable. FINE (FN): An above-average copy that shows minor wear but is still relatively flat and clean with no significant creasing or other serious defects. Spine may have transverse stress marks or a very small spine split. It also appears to have been read a few times and has been handled with moderate care. VERY GOOD (VG): The average used comic book. A comic in this grade shows wear and it can have a reading or center crease or a moderately rolled spine. Some discoloration, fading, minor soiling and even minor tape repair is allowed. This grade may have store stamps, initials or a very small piece missing from the cover. GOOD (GD): A copy in this grade has all pages and covers, although there may be small pieces missing inside and out. Books in this grade are commonly creased, scuffed, abraded, soiled and sometimes has tape repair. This grade can have a moderate accumulation of defects but still maintains its basic structural integrity. FAIR (FR): A copy in this grade is usually soiled, ragged and possibly unattractive. Creases, tears and folds are prevalent. Spine may be split up to 2/3rds its entire length. Staples may be gone and up to 1/10th of the front cover may be missing.
