This is a men's rare Omega Moon Speedmaster Chronograph wrist watch, Cal 861, circa 1974. This Omega Speedmaster wrist watch which features crown guards (Serial # 145022-74ST) stamped on the back of the case that measures 48.00mm x 44.00mm including the crown. Please note the crown has been replaced although it does the job of winding and setting the watch. The original one should be put back on.It is attached to an original steel Omega band (Serial # 633 1171) that measures 7 1/4". The watch features the original black dial with luminous baton indexes, outer minute and fifth second divisions, subsidiary dials for the constant seconds, 12-hour and 30-minute registers. luminous white "baton" hands. Cal. 861 Omega chronograph movement with pink gilding, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring, index regulator that is in running condition. It is topped with the original steel dust cap on the movement.The watch is in overall fair condition. It will need a new Omega crown and original center sweep second hand.
