Up for auction is a vintage 1969 Bulova automatic whale watch in good running condition. The case is "Bulova M9 Heavy gold electro-plated bezel G867407" and shows just light wear and marks. This watch has a stainless steel case back with hardly a mark on it. Date coded "M9" for 1969. Clean crystal with light marks as shown. This is a Automatic "Whale" mechanical watch and pre-dates the modern battery watch movement. This Bulova watch is running and keeps good time. I have no service records to offer for this 46 year old Bulova watch. I wore this watch for a few weeks and was impressed by its timekeeping.
