We are pleased to offer a great old metal L&M/Chesterfield advertisingsign. We believe this is from the 1940 to maybe early 1960's. This is a great two sided sign that you would see at your local neghborhood grocery store. The overall size is approz. 12 by 15 inches. I would say that the overall condition ius very good considering the age. As you can see in the phtos the L&M side is the best with just a bit of paint loss around part of the edge. The paint and colors are still bright. Keep in mind we have not cleaned this in any way nor have we even dusted this off. On the Chesterfield side there is some paint missing on the top left corner and across the very bottom. At some point someone attempted top fix these areas but did not finish it. I don't believe it would take too much to restore these areas. The sign is solid with only a bit of surface rust on the edges where the paint missing. Definately woould look great restored or even just left as it is. Feel free to ask questions or request additional photos on this NO RESERVE AUCTION.
