This is a hard to find Chariot Plane from the Metallic Plane Company Auburn NY. This plane is 5 1/2 inches long and has a 1 1/2 inch cut. The cutter is original with the Excelsior Cutter Metallic Plane Company Auburn , NY marking at the top. The wood wedge is proper and appears to be original. The bottom is smooth and the throat is in excellent condition. No damage of any kind. Fine example. Buyer pays $6.80 S&H in USA.
