Iconic design Metamec clock, solid brass, teak and ebony (possibly ebonised beech) One of my favourite designs from this prolific Norfolk clock maker. Not the rarest (see other listings) Made as battery, mains or clockwork. This one is windup with real cogs n stuff. As we go more digital and electronic "proper" clocks and watches are becoming far more desirable. With four winds this runs for three days. It should be an eight day clock, so is NOT completely right, but keeps good time and makes a refreshingly old fashioned TIC TOC. Very good external condition, working O.K. but should run for longer. Width 310mm height 150mm weight incl. careful packing 1200kgs.
