Metlox Pottery Poppet - Nancy - Girl with Cocker Spaniel Metlox Pottery Poppet - Nancy - Girl with Cocker Spaniel METLOX POTTERYPOPPET - NANCYMetlox Pottery manufactured pottery from 1927 to 1989 at their plant in Manhattan Beach, California. Starting in about 1970, they began manufacturing figurines of people called "Poppets" designed by Helen Slater. This Poppet is named Nancy and features a girl wearing a scarf orbonnet and holding a cocker spaniel and has an earthy, organic look.Nancy measures 7" tall, 4" wide, and 5" deep.She is in excellentcondition with no chips, cracks, or repairs.It is stamped in ink on the bottom with the Metlox stamp though it's not complete because of the irregular bottom.Please see the photos for more detail.
