Up for auction is a Mettlach type Germany stein. I say Mettlach type because I find the same pattern listed as #1162 in the Mettlach book on page 68. The bottom is marked Germany and has an artist mark. This .5 liter stein is done in a multicolor etched matte finish with no less than 8-10 colors. The surrounding scene depicts a fiddle player and 2 couples dancing and trees. The rim is marked .5 L in the blue area. The condition is excellent. I am also including in this auction a Mettlach book. This book is a third edition of “ The Mettlach Book” by Gary Hirsner and included German translations. The book is unused condition. I offer a full refund, minus shipping, if not as stated.
