Once the merchandise leaves my hands, we can not be held accountable. We use United States Postal Service, but reserve the right to use the most economical carrier as long as delivery time is the same. We try to ship within three days of payment (excluding weekends) but understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances in life happen. Usually Tuesday and Thursdays are packaging days after the payment is received. We try to give you an option on shipping (First Class or Priority) however some items have to go priority because of weight. All priority will have delivery confirmation.
