This is a Lorus Mickey Mouse Walt Disney watch in style V515-6000 with the original Lorus. The battery was replaced two days before listing and the watch is keeping time perfectly. The band appears to to be a replacement, but I cannot be sure. Interestingly, Disney has been making Mickey Mouse watches since 1933, which was three years after Mickey made his Steamboat debut. In 1987 and through the 1990s when this particular watch was manufactured, Lorus (division of Seiko) had the exclusive contract with Disney to manufacture the watches. Many sources consider the Lorus line of Mickey Mouse watches the most desired collectable watches in the series. They are valued at anywhere from $25.00 to $70.00 At the price of this listing, it is a valuable and inexpensive addition to your Disney collection.
