Here is a fabulous piece of artist pottery imported from ITALY. This stunning pitcher or jug is made in the studio of DE SIMONE and is artist signed and dated. The design features a bird motif and the style is very mid-century Picasso...and no wonder, since Giovanni De Simone studied under Picasso in the '50's. This heavy pitcher would be perfect for something like Sangria. The condition is immaculate, which is rare for a piece of this kind and of this age: no chips, cracks, stains. 7-3/4" tall 5-1/2" rim diameter
