(ATD, c.1970s) A tin-litho friction bus featuring anime icon Mighty Atom (known in the English-speaking world as Astro Boy), manufactured by ATD. Boldly decorated with character graphics throughout, the bus has a plated roof lights, bumpers, and one hubcap (the other three are absent). The friction motor is slightly loose but still in working order. Measuring 3.75"x13.25" and 3.5" deep, the bus is in good condition with a circle of adhesive remnants on the roof from a price tag, surface wear, and minor oxidation.
