Wikipedia confirms Mighty Morphin Power Rangers launched in 1993. This is the original Bandai Toys catalog, likely in the same excellent shape it was when handed out to toy buyers in 1993. Power Rangers, along with a few other product lines, were introduced and presented as fold-out flyer pages contained in a company binder. By 1994, the product line had exploded into a massive line.
