inventory number C71...up for a Buy Now Auction is a US Military Issue M1 Steel Pot Helmet Liner. This is a original WW2 Issue M1 Steel Pot Helmet with Liner. The helmet has been painted somewhere in its lifetime with the 82nd Airborne pathfinder camo pattern. The steel pot is a front seam helmet and has cork texture. This is a fixed bale helmet as you can see in my pictures. The liner is complete with original khaki webbing and new sweatband. The liner has the US Military proof mark inside as you can see from my pictures. The helmet and liner show ware from use and storage. This is a original WW2 1940's era helmet with liner so it is going to show ware from use. If you buy now you will get the M1 helmet with liner pictured.
