MILITARY RADIO UCR-4 / RT-159B / URC-4 EMERGENCY RADIO For sale a URC / RT-159B URC-4 Military radio This set is used by the Marines so they could have communication with the airplanes flying over them and this is why they transmit and receive on 121,5 Mhz and the 243Mhz .. Transceiver, 121.5/243.0 mHz, xtal control, AM/MCW, portable, mini tubes, separate battery pack, extendable "rabbit ears" like antenna,(NON EXISTANT IN THIS CURRENT RADIO) This is from the first attempts of portable radios to be used from the Military, Air-force / Navy.Its a great combat designed radio.We dont have the ability to test it so sold as is untested .Ideal for the collector or amateur.Great condition as you can see from the photos.Thanks for looking and .We sell worldwide.
