This is a ridiculously good microphone preamplifier that has been under utilized in my studio, so I'm looking for a better home for it.Many of you may recognize this as the original Millennia Media M2a; a design that started out as the Forssell Technologies tube preamp. Because of some issue with microphonics, the main circuit boards were redesigned to what is now in the M2b. This unit has been upgraded to the newer circuit design. You could think of this as a M2b with the cool, retro Millennia/Forssell faceplate.I said the unit is Mint and I mean it. There are no scratches or rack rash. It has seen very little use. I would say it has been powered on less than 100 hours.You will see all of the extra tubes in the pictures. They are untested, but some have been spec'd by Millennia. There is at least one extra set and probably two. The set of tubes in the preamp are also working perfectly.The sound of this preamp is wonderful and is one of the few preamps that is equally at home in the studio and classical music concert hall.Unit will ship in the original box.
