R.A. Miller PreacherMan, American Folk Artist, Original Artist signed. This PreacherMan Purchased years ago direct from the Artist R.A. Miller at his home. COLLECTABLE OUTSIDER SOUTHERN ARTIST R.A. Miller was a self-taught folk-artist who began producing art late in life. He placed his works on his property and sold them on the roadside. He worked in wood and tin mostly. Blow Oskar was named for his cousin Oskar who used to blow his horn when he drove by R.A.’s house. He is also know for making Preacherman, Preacher Girl, Devil, Angels, Roosters,Cats,Gators, Dinosaurs, Snakes, and many more animals! This tin cutout PreacherMan measures 24 1/2" H x 8 1/4" W.
