Miller's Laundry Starch Full Old Store Stock Box, 1910 Description: This is a full, never opened old store stock box of Miller's Lasting Starch, "Requires No Cooking," made by the Columbia Starch Company, New York, and dating, I would guess, to the early 1900s. The box is 4 5/8 inches tall and 3 x 1 1/4 inches square. It has some minor creases from settling and handling, but is in overall crisp, clean very good condition. A terrific image of a Victorian lady holding a box of the starch in front of a stiffly ironed man's shirt. Based on the directions printed on the side of the box, starching clothes was a difficult, time-consuming task. A colorful graphic box in very good condition for your laundry collection. Thanks for looking.
