Milona 1 Meopta's strut folding MF camera Compur This camera type was produced starting from 1945 up to 1950. This was tipping (folding) photographic camera for the pictures of sizes 6x6 on 120 roll film. It is as minimum as hard to find this camera mint like the Fed 1 that was manufactured in the same time. May be more hard because to wear this camera is more easy than Fed 1. And this camera was not produced in hundred thousands like Feds and Zorkis. I have a question. Do you know how to determine if it is Milona 1 or Milona 2 (it is not written on camera). Milona 2 has "epifocal" system (patent of famous Czech photographer professor Premysl Koblitz) above the shutter, that allows bent the shutter with lens in borders of 1 mm. And Milona 2 has 2 red windows on back what is convenient when you are taking 6x4.5 pictures. This Milona 1 is the variety without picture counter, with flash shoe and leattte on camera doors. This camera is still usable for picture taking. Description: Ser. No. 2015818 . Lens Mirar 4.5/80, stops 4.5-22, coated, ser. No. 2073981 . Shutter is Compur Rapid with speeds 1-1/500 and B.Cosmetically is this camera EXCELLENT Chrome with few scratches, minor brassings on finder. With some usual marks on struts. Black edges with minor wear. Leattte with 2 marks on back. With case. Shutter was recently CLA tfore works properly, shutter speeds are appropriate. Lens glass is clean, no fungus, no scratches. Focusing and stopping is smooth. T is one problem. On bellows of Milona cameras were used 2 materials. One leather like, second cloth like. Those with cloth like material today all have tiny pinholes on edges - no exception. To have well working camera you need or spray camera bellows with something rubber like, or you must replace bellows. I am selling it AS IS like collector item. Air mail shipping and handling charge is WORLDWIDE EXCLUDING EUROPE $30 - REGISTERED (letter) or INSURED (parcel); to EUROPE (including countries those are not in European union) $18 REGISTERED BUT UNINSURED (letter) or $29 INSURED (parcel).
