MING'S 14K VINTAGE PHOENIX RINGYOU ARE VIEWING A BEAUTIFUL PHOENIX RING MARKED 14K AND MING'S INSIDE THE PIECE.THE RING SIZE IS APPROX. 5 3/4 AND CAN BE RESIZED.THE RING IS RECTANGULAR SHAPE MEASURES APPROX. HEIGHT:21MM X WIDTH: 15MMTHE RING HAS A BEAUTIFUL DESIGN OF A PHOENIX WHICH BELIEVE Southern symbolism (and hence phoenix symbolism in alchemy) deals with purity, renewal, strength, health and the present moment in time.THE TOTAL WEIGHT OF THE RING IS APPROX. 5.80 GRAMS.THIS RING IS NICE AND A PRECIOUS GIFT FOR YOUR LOVEONES.Wook Moon established Ming's in 1940, expanding to Hawaii, San Francisco, New York, Miami, Houston, Ft. Lauderdale, and Atlanta. Ming's Honolulu offered pieces in gold, sterling, pearls, jade, coral, and ivory, depicting Hawaiian and Asian motifs and hand carved figurals of flowers and natural objects. 14K pieces were marked HK and 14K. Cast or hand-wrought sterling pieces were stamped "MING'S," and often signed with S/S for sterling silver. Ivory pieces were hand signed in black ink "Ming's" often with a description of the piece - such as "Ming's Honolulu Ivory Plumeria Blossom." The earliest ivory pieces were hand signed " Ming's" in reddish brown ink.
