This fine Royal Doulton miniature character jug Gone Away was designed by Garry Sharpe. It stands 2 1/2 inches tall. The fox handle is superbly modelled. This jug is offered for auction in excellent used condition with no cracks, chips, crazing or restoration that I can detect. The base bears a Doulton stamp as shown in the photo. This is valued in Charlton 10th edition at £35. This is not a 'second'; it is first quality.
