This beautiful handmade book is a miniature reproduction containing selected pages from a 16th century Antiphonary from Flanders in about 1507. An antiphonary is a book of antiphons which are psalms or anthems of verses sung responsively as part of the church liturgy. This miniature volume has 46 pages, not including the colourful end sheets. It is nicely bound with an antique finish so it will look good on your bookshelf. The book is 31 mm or 1 1/4 inches high. This book will look wonderful in your medieval chapel or your miniature library. Please check my listings for other unique miniatures. All my items and miniatures are made and stored in a smoke-free environment. None of my items are suitable for young children but are intended for collectors.
