SUPERB turn-of-the-20th Century miniature portrait of a beautiful, young Edwardian Era lady in three-quarter view, circa 1905Painted in watercolor and gouache on natural wafer. No cracks to the wafer or wear to the paint surface.Housed in a newly-made bespoke, gilt metal frame (made to period) and protected by glass.This is an excellent twentieth century portrait -- would make a great addition to any collection of Edwardian Era miniatures.Sight area measures 1 3/4 x 2 5/16 inchesUnsigned - artist unknown.The attached photo of a grouping of miniatures is included for comparative purposes only.
