Vintage Scottie Dog in a Top Hat Hi and Welcome Offered is a really cute, miniature, vintage figure of a blonde (wheaten) scottie dog sitting in a black top hat. I'm not sure what material that the dog is carved out of but the hat is a hard plastic. The dog could be bone but may be catalin or bakelite. It's pretty heavy for it's size, 2+1/4" tall x 1+3/4". The bottom is marked JAPAN. This was an auction find and I have no idea of it's age. Click the link at the bottom to see my hand stitched items and more great finds.
