I have recently purchased a pack of traction tyres from a German dealer for my N-gauge Minitrix 'Mallard' and 'Flying Scotsman' locomotives which had been in long term storage and the the tyres had perished. The traction tyres have the same Part No. as shown on the leaflet that accompanies the locos - 72 0878 00. I have fitted two to each loco - rather fiddly but not too difficult - and both locos now have excellent haulage capability with no slippage of the wheels. I am selling the remaining traction tyres in pairs. You have the opportunity to buy a pair at a very fair price.
