FROM AN ESTATE SALE....... This is a complete VINTAGE coffee or tea set made in Germany by WINTERLING FINEST BAVARIAN CHINA. It is in the gorgeous BROWN BOUQUET pattern with GOLD TRIM......shades of brown and tangerine roses with brown and gray leaves on a white background. The set consists of ONE 9" high coffee or tea pot (it holds about 36 fluid ounces) with the lid, ONE sugar bowl with lid, ONE creamer, SIX cups that are 2 1/16" high & 3 7/8" in diameter, SIX saucers 5 3/4" in diameter, and SIX salad or dessert plates that are 7 1/2" in diameter. The pot, sugar and creamer are marked # 80 (or 86), the cup and saucers are #125, and the plates #87. All are in MINT condition.....NO chip, cracks, crazing or loss of gold. I doubt if they were ever used. The price for this set on a popular replacement website would be in excess of $400!! The creamer alone is $33.99 ! A truly exquisite service....the photos don't do it justice. Thanks for looking. PLEASE NOTE : I JUST FOUND THAT ONE OF THE DESSERT PLATES HAS BEEN BROKEN AND GLUED BACK TOGETHER!! ALL THE OTHER PIECES ARE MINT. I'M SO SORRY, I NOTICED IT WHEN PACKING THEM UP FOR SHIPMENT!
