"Raised" B illingsley Rose Pattern REG No. 70392, U.S.PATT June 15, 1926 A Fine Copeland Collectible The beautiful raised Billingsley Rose pattern with Red roses and leaves f low nicely on the brim of cups, and servers and in the center of each saucer and plate. The imprint on the bottom is in PINK however, a few pieces are in GREEN .
