DESCRIPTION: "When the trains pull in, Billy the Baggage Smasher has his work cut out for him! The Baggage Smasher accessory features an animated figure that wheels the passenger's luggage across the platform at the press of a button." For sale is a Mint American Flyer "Station and Baggage Smasher" operating accessory (manufactured by Lionel) as part of Lionel's product line for 1994 and 1995. It is a remake of a classic A.C. Gilbert accessory (number #789 originally produced from 1956 to 1957). Item is Mint and comes in its original factory box. ABOUT THIS ITEM: This item was originally purchased for my personal collection. I purchased it shortly after it was originally made available. Because the original factory packaging would require the opening of factory sealed/taped parts in this accessory, and because I wanted to keep this accessory in mint condition, I did not remove the contents from the box. As a result, this item was never tested after I purchased it. Since this mint, vintage accessory has never been tested, this item is being sold “as-is”. INCLUDES: 6--49813 Station and "Baggage Smasher" operating accessory features an animated figure that carts passenger luggage across the accessory's platform when activated by the controller button. Dimensions are 10” X 7 ¼” X4 ¾”. Operating Station also features interior lighting. Includes remote controller button. Includes wiring for controller button. Includes Owners Manual/List of Authorized Lionel Service Stations Includes Light Bulb Fully compatible with Lionel O-Gauge PLEASE NOTE: This item is considered a NON-STANDARD sized piece of rolling stock. Larger and heavier rolling stock and accessories are not eligible for my multi-item shipping discount.
