This is am absolutely beautiful Antique all handmade early 1900's Pinwheel/Star pattern Quilt. All beautifully handpieced and handquilted cheery, colorful antique cottons. The top has 42 large pretty Pinwheel/Stars, bordered by bright PINK cottons, and Pink & bright Yellow cotton strips around the outer edges. The backside is all white cotton. It measures 62" X 70". I showit displayed across a king bed. I counted the quilting at approx. 7-8 spi on one side, so would be 14-16 if you count both sides. Never used, never washed. Absolutely mint condition. The family has kept it stored for all these years. No fading, no tears, rips, stains, or missing stitches. Except for one very small 1/4" light storage spot near the border, hard to find, and should come out when washed for the first time. A beautifully handmade Antique Quilt! Perfect for SPRING!
