UP for auction is yet another rare Decter mannequin which dates to the late 1960's or early 1970's. As you can see from the photos - she is in nearly perfect condition. I do not know if she has been refinished or not, but regardless - she looks terrific! Her face make-up is very realistic for the time period in which she came from. Her lipstick even matches her nail polish! These Decter ladies were used in Sears and Montgomery Ward stores in that era, and I woulnd't be surprised if she was once in one of those two stores. She is a 3/4 mannequin and she is able to stand on her own. If you sell vintage clothing - this lady WILL bring customers into your store! Put her in your store window and watch the response! I will include even INCLUDE the wig with her! Please note that I will be on an antique buying trip in China from Nov. 2nd to Nov 20th. I will be shipping all items sold while I am out of town during the week of the 20th. So this lovely lady will ship to you on about the 22nd of November. If you need to mail payment, that is not a problem, as the mailing address is my family's house (and they collect the mail daily). I WILL BE CHECKING MY EMAIL DAILY WHILE I AM OUT OF TOWN. I have purchased tons of bubble wrap and packing peanuts to make sure that these mannequins arrive to you safely! GOOD LUCK!
