Made in France Upon the threshold of the new millenium, Swarovski unveils a brilliant new facet - Daniel Swarovski Paradise. Artfully combining the richness of Swarovski's heritage with a sense of contemporary style, it finds its inspiration in the almost unimaginable array of jewellery stones that form the basis of Swarovski's credibility and expertise. In Daniel Swarovski Paradise we find a homage to nature w an enchanting Garden of Eden unfolds ina broad spectrum of jewel-like colours. The allure and mystique of the Parisian fashion world provided an inspiring backdrop for the artists who created the designs of this VERY FIRST collection from the PARADISE range. Combining specially created, multi-coloured crystal stones with the preciousness of gold-plated sterling silver, Daniel Swarovski Paradise is reminiscent of the Art Nouveaux movement in all its splendour. This stunning Swarovski Crystal Beetle ornament is fashioned from sterling silver, and flawlessly finished with fine gold plating. The large crystal forming the beetle's body catches and reflects the light from its many facets, and has a hue that runs from light orche to deep amber. The eyes of the beetle are fashioned from jet black crystal, cut with facets to reflect the light as well. The underside of the beetle is stamped with the Swarovski logo, and features a magnet clasp, as pictured. This magnet consists of the small removable metal part, also finished in gold plating, that sits perfectly on the underside of the beetle's head. This allows you to affix the ornament onto any metal surface using the innovative clasp. In fact, Swarovski has produced a display stand specifically made to display the magnet ornaments from the paradise collection. This item is a retired item and no longer in production. The design comes from the very first Daniel Swarovski Paradise collection. The later editions of the collection does not feature beetles anymore. This item is brand new, and in mint condition, complete with the original box and packaging. It also comes with a lifetime warranty with no time limit specified.
