Mint Condition Original WW2 German DAK Afrika Korps Pith Helmet 1942 dated size 57cmHelmet is in un-issued and complete. Helmet has DAK green/tan felted wool body construction with minor storage wear to exterior. Gold embossed JHS leather sweat band showing little to no use. Interior of liner sweatband dated 1942 and size 57. Red felted liner. Complete leather chinstrap that is still pliable. Helmet still has metal devices attached.This is one of the nicest DAK pith helmets I have ever owned. Out of my personal collection.
