Miss Happynak Speedboat a two seater runabout true to scale (the good old days of toys and imagination) This toy was made by Paton Calvert & Co Binns Road Old Swan Liverpool G.B. Founded 1887-1940 Happynak was a trademark of the company The price new I understand was 12 Shillings. The toy is powered by an elastic band ( the original has perished). It comes with its original box. Condition - The box has two-three age spots and the edges show slight signs of age. The boat for its age is in exceptional condition bearing in mind this was used a number of times when first bought. The only sign of use being slight pitting to the rear of the hull ( see pics) there is also slight rusting to the metal fold of the top and bottom sections, there is also pitting to the prop and rudder. The top deck has no damage or marks and the captain is intact and undamaged The boat length is 11-12 inches
