Missouri Pacific Lines Station/Depot Perpetual Calendar circa 1940's. This calendar was hung in the train station/depot either in Conway or Morrilton, Arkansas in the late 1930's to the early 1940's. The calendar measures 19" by 12.5". My late uncle Homer was the telegraph operator just before he was drafted into WWII. My grandmother noted on the day 27 the words "Homer to Army 1943". The locomitive picture my have faded somewhat, but I don't know what it looked like new either. I have had this calender since my grandmothers death in 1952. The three month cards have all months listed by turning each page as needed. The days are 1 thru 31 which are turned and then placed at the back of the stack. The calendar is hung by a short chain from the top. The chain is not visible in the picture, but it is attached to the top of the calendar.
