This model 1895 Austrian Dress Bayonet has a fully nickle plated scabbard, blade and fittings. T is a "C." stamped on the blade. Bayonet is complete with its original brown leather Austrian Frog and has a gold colored troddel or knot with an orange colored Austrian Eagle embroidered on both sides. Bayonet and scabbard are in excellent condition, no rust, dings or dents. The blade measures approx. 9 and 5/8 inches long and the bayonet measures approx. 14 inches overall. The locking button is in good working order. The brown leather frog is in excellent condition, leather is soft, not dry. The troddel shows one area of sight fraying, but otherwise in nice condition.
