Hi all, I am having a clear out and have decided to part with some of my extensive model aircraft collection. I have been collecting snap-together plastic model civil aircraft for many years, but have just run out of space! I had them on display for some time many years ago, but for the last several years, they have just been in the loft inside their boxes or wrapped up in carrier bags. It is time they went to a new home where they will be appreciated as much as I used to appreciate them! This particular model is an American Airlines McDonnell Douglas MD-11. It is 1:250 scale, and measures 22cm from nose to tail. It has a small scratch mark on the right side of the fuselage, behind the wing's trailing edge (see photo). I seem to remember it was there when I bought the model brand new; just a flaw in the plastic I suppose. Apart from this, the model is in excellent, as new condition. It does not have its original box, so I will package it securely in bubble wrap to ensure safe postage. I will post by Royal Mail second class as soon as payment has cleared.
