Model 4 Noiceless Typewriter.. Va Estate Find..NICE Description I recently came across this good looking vintage typewriter in a local Va estate collection. It is marked Noiceless Typewriter Company and similar on the back. I researched this model and finally found it listed at this webiste /wbd641/UndNoiselessAd.html Seems this is a very early (1918) version. The company sold out to Remington in the 1920's and those models are fairly common. But these early ones, are rare. The overall conditon looks good to very good for its age. I am not an expert, but the keys are free and all seems to be workign fine, even has the ribbon in place. I see no damages, other than some fading paint in places. Not bad for 80 years old. I give it a 8+ to 9. Please judge it via the photos. Add it to your collection, NR, as-is. I think you will be happy with it. Feel free to email me any questions or info.
