Perfect original condition save the foam inside the original fabric, which is hard. The fabric can stay, the foam should be replaced. In response to an earlier question, the supports that under-pin the arms are actually solid brass but the half century has put a reddish patina on them which is actually very nice. Brass improves, foam goes to Hell but what are you going to do if you want handsome and important furniture? You won't see reproductions of this piece at D-sign With-in Reach. This one is within reach at the push of a button and can be delivered anyw in the contiguous states for $60...more or less. Ian Fleming would have liked this chair.
