Modern Dolls House with three floors This dolls house is in a good condition with only minor wear to a small part of the roof edge at the ridge join and to the false chimney/upstand My daughter har dly pla yed with it as she is no t into dolls etc and it was a present from a relative There is a third floor in the roof and the front and rear roof panels lift off. The staircase can be removed and it is open plan to each floor, allowi ng play as four rooms, two per floor, either side of the stairs. The front elevation opens as it is formed as two doors. There are opening windows to thr ee elevations and shutters to the front windows The dolls house can be taken down and easily stored flat as the end flower boxes hold the floors through the outer walls and removing them allows walls/floors to be ta ken dow n. This is available for collect ion near Fleet in Hampshire or by cour ier as it w eighs around 10kg. This would be £15.00 for courier delivery to mainland UK I do not have the orignal box any more but it will be flat packed.All items from a smoke free home. Paypal preferred. Payment required within 3 days, contact to be made within 48 hours. Items will be posted within 48 hours.
