This Mold-A-Rama Gorilla was part of a test run where we tried to use dupont Elvax in the Mold-A-Rama machine, instead of it's normal resins. The tests were conducted in the mid-eighties and were unsucessful. Some samples however were saved and this is one of them. The Elvax is far more dense and durable. This Gorilla is 5 inches tall and 3.5 inches wide, it has "Denver Zoo" engraved across the front of the base and "Denver Colo." on the rear. It is the natural coclor of elvax and contains no pigments.
