This offering is for DELUXE DIE PROOFS of the two President Franklin D. Roosevelt Air Mail Stamps issued by Monaco on December 13, 1946. Both are in fine condition with apparent light toning on the paper of the 5 Fr. Die Proof. The Stamps are Scott Catalogue numbers C14 & C15 and the Die Proofs are in the colors of the issued Stamps. The number 163 in a small circle is lightly penciled on the reverse of each Proof. THIS IS THE 3RD TIME THESE HAVE BEEN LISTED IN THE LAST THREE MONTHS. THE STARTING BID HAS BEEN SUBSTANTIALLY LOWERED! Successful bidder pays $1.00 First Class postage & handling. Foreign Buyer pays $2.00 Air Mail postage & handling.
