A great kit from my collection. A vintage 1/24 scale Scarab racing slot car kit, made by Monogram in 1965. This is the rear engine Scarab.The Kit : Nice clean Monogram Scarab slot car assembly kit. This is the early version of this kit, with the all-brass chassis, and true-scale rubber rear tires. The box is clean and the colors are bright, no broken corners or warping of the cardboard liner. All the parts bubbles are intact and clean, the aluminum wheels and brass chassis parts are still bright. Includes instructions, racing tips, decals, body panels, glass and chrome trim, all under the liner and in good condition.Overall : Nice complete kit, very clean, displays well. The car itself is not rare, but a nice un-molested early version of the kit is tough to find. Feel free to ask any questions. ...
