Rene Fuglestad, also known as Ren, began making pottery in 1969, he also taught at the University of Montana in Bozeman - this example is from his Bozeman era. Rene's work is well executed, simple and meant to be used. This utility jar is well thrown and sturdy, it would make an excellent kitchen utensil holder which was most likely its original intended use. The jar has a shipping weight of 3LBS and measures about 6 1/2" X 4".Your order will be carefully packed using new or like new recycled bubble wrap, styrofoam peanuts or packing paper in a new box appropriate to the size of the item being shipped. I do not use newspaper, plastic bags or any material that creates a burden for the buyer.
