In 2007 MontBlanc: Writers Edition: William Faulkner was issued world wide as a limited edition. William Faulkner was born in 1897 in Mississippi, which is where most of his novels took place. Faulkner was well known for his novels, "The Sound and the Fury" and "Light in August." In 1950 this two-time Pulitzer Prize winner was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature.The pen features a hunter green pearl-like resin at the grip and at the top. The top also has an inscribed signature of William Faulkner near the clip. Pen pictured is not the actual pen that will be purchased. Pen Sold is sealed new in box with serial number. Pictured is the pen iin its holding box, holding box closed with pamphlet, outer box, and a photo of the sealed box being purchased.
