This is a medium size, approx. 5 and a half inches high, Moorcroft vase made in 2003. I have had it since new and it has been kept in a cabinet ever since. Unfortunately I don't know the name of the pattern - perhaps someone can enlighten me ? It is in excellent condition. The colour is a really lovely vibrant rich deep sea green and the tube lining is very sharp. Underneath are the impressed words "(R) Moorcroft Made in Stoke on Trent England" and it is initialled CES (C) 2003 there is also what could either be a ring, top hat or cup & saucer marks !!? There is also a strange mark which has a silver line through it. Could that be a second ? Please be aware of that if you do bid. It looks perfect in every way, no cracks chips or crazing. I have put a low start price because of that. I have collected Moorcroft for many years but am no expert and have only bought what I considered to be "pretty" pieces for display. Clean and fresh from a smoke free home.
