Amazing details and truly a fine work of art. Nice birds encircling the rim and nice Roses in baskett design going all the way around as well. Picket fench work on the base area. Fine raised enamel. No gold loss for being so old and fine deep cobalt blue art glass with fine weight and superb raised enamel hand painted work. I am offering another one similar to this one in another auction.
