This is a now-retired Mosser glass collie mini-plate. The color is Chocolate, and it measures 3.5" in diameter.Mosser Glass only manufactured the mini-plates between 1980 and 1988 in a very limited range of colors. They have a scalloped edge and the words "MOSSER GLASS CAMBRIDGE OH " circling the outer edge of the plate in raised lettering. A raised right side profile of the sitting Mosser Collie figurine is in the center.This plate is in excellent used condition
