Offered for sale is this rare original antique needle holder. It is hand tooled in mother of pearl with a hollow center to hold needles. The spot that appears in the photo is natural to the mother of pearl, no damage. The needle pictured is does not fit and is for dimensions only. The top screws on and is in good condition. We did not tighten it but is secure. A great item as a gift or to add to any collection. Enjoy this rare antique sewing item.
